GUINNESS-RATED WINGS

When we create our hot wings, we use the hottest peppers in the world – and we mean it. The Guinness Book of World Records rates the hottest peppers, which we use in our wings:

• Red Savina – 1994-2005
• Bhuta Jolokia (ghost pepper) – 2006-2007
• Trinidad Scorpian – 2007-2012
• Carolina Reaper – 2013

The Carolina Reaper is still the hottest pepper in the world! We use all of these Guiness-rated peppers in our recipes. Soon, you’ll be able to get all of them in one amazing, piping hot combination – if you’re brave enough. Stay tuned for our Knock-Out Punch flavour, coming soon!

WHAT’S THE HOTTEST FLAVOUR?

The hottest flavour of wings at Wingmaster is our Blackenstein flavour. It’s a hot barbecue wing with a ghost pepper base. We add ghost pepper extract to the barbecue sauce to give it its heat. It’s so hot, it’s literally off the charts – it’s unrated on our scale. If you can handle the Blackenstein, you can handle anything.

FLAVOUR FIRST

Unlike other wing shops, we put flavour first, even in our hottest wings. Our hot wings are not just about the heat, they all have a great, intense flavour that will leave you coming back for more, no matter which level of heat you go for. Our heat ratings are as follows:

• No heat
• Half flame – not hot, but has some spice (Bundy, Medium, Sweet Chili Thai)
• One flame – this is where you have to exercise some caution (Blue Cheese Hot, Sriracha, Hot Apple Pie)
• Two flames – check your back for the sweat! (Red Flame Mix)
• Three flames – still tons of flavour, but you’re going to get kicked
• Four to six flames – the right hook!

Before you order one of our hotter flavours, like the Blackenstein, be warned: about ninety percent of our customers can’t make it past three flames. Only about ten percent of our customers go for the hottest wings starting at four flames, with even fewer making it to six flames.
